We Are The Physics - Are Ok At Music
Too Geeky to be cool, but too cool to be Geeks, We Are The Physics release their new and superbly titled record We Are The Physics Are Ok At Music.
WATP are one of those bands who's name I've come across a few times but never given them a listen. Great, this means that I have no idea what to expect. It takes about 5 seconds for a smile and the robot-rockout dance to commence. They ROCK. Think catchy electro indie with powerful riffs but also including that ever so intriguing- Math element. Fitting, as they are self-confessed geeks.
The track Duplicate is burned into my head and I'm pretty sure I have my own set of private (shame - Ed) dance moves sorted to it. You get the feeling this band will be awesome live as well, hopefully I can catch them soon!
We Are The Physics are a great band who have managed to fuse the cool side of math rock into a more catchy feel.
Kudos to geeks everywhere!!

I am delighted to say i have seen them twice live since and both shows were awesome. They are such a great upcoming band that i'd reccomend to anybody with ears.
I've heard the majority of the songs live and of course on their singles but I cannot wait to get their album through the post on Monday!
Rather happy to be reading the reviews they've gotten for OK AT MUSIC. Seems to be all positive!
I know i'll be giving it 5/5 anyway!
